1. Is there any obligation to purchase when a decorator
comes to measure my windows?
No! Our goal is to provide every customer with a pleasant in
home appointment at no cost to the
customer. And, of course, there is no obligation. Measuring
is required to provide you with a firm quote and it is a
standard part of our process. Window, Wall & Interior Décor
offers the best selection, exceptional window, bed & and
other interior treatment designs, at a reasonable cost.
Because we do this, the majority of our customers usually
purchase from us. So, frankly, our attitude is a positive
one. We have that much faith in our pricing selection,
service and quality!
2. Do you guarantee your products and services?
Yes! We guarantee the quality of every product we sell! All
workmanship will be to the highest standards
of the trade, because we only sell the most reputable of
products. Our company offers a "bumper to
bumper" warranty on any product we sell for a one year
period. (This means that if anything goes
wrong, we take care of it, at absolutely no expense to you).
After the one year period, the manufacturer's
warranty takes over (we don't sell anything that doesn't
have at least a 3 year warranty.....most have
a lifetime warranty). With the manufacturer's warranty,
normally the only financial obligation to the
customer involves shipping and a minimal re-installation
fee.
3. How does this whole "in-home decorating service" work?
Lynette, our certified professional, will:
Visit your home & take the appropriate measurements. Next we
listen to you to find out exactly
the look, products, etc., that you are looking for. We’ll
select the best products/treatments available from our
design center and prepare a detailed quote for you. Finally,
we’ll meet with you again, at our design center to discuss
the selections and prices.
4. What is the turn around time?
It is wise to plan on 3-4 weeks for shades/blinds &
shutters. Custom window & bed treatments usually
take 4-5 weeks. Upholstery & slipcovers, are usually 4
weeks. Custom furniture can run into 8 weeks.
Moving in before your shades/blinds arrive? No problem!!! We
provide free temporary shades
while your order is being processed.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a down payment of 50% when the order is placed...
and the balance upon installation. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, personal checks
(and, of course, cash!). Also, we offer a
Six month, no payment, no interest program for anyone who
wishes to participate. Should you desire longer
credit terms, simply ask because we can accommodate, and would
be happy to do so! |
